However, if something does go wrong with a product, the manufacturers and their national distributors warrant free of charge labour (exclusion may apply) and replacement parts. This warranty complements any national or regional law obligations and does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Firstly, lets see if it’s something that can be sorted out without returning the item. While we are always here to help, usually the quickest way to get to the bottom of an issue with a product is by talking directly to the manufacturer technical support department.
