Ceramic Aluminium Sandwich Cone Technology

Two 130mm mid-bass drivers use ceramic aluminium sandwich cones — a technology with roots in AE's reference studio monitors — combined with an ultra-high force motor system for extended bass capability and tightly controlled transient response. A 28mm aluminium tweeter with Wide Dispersion Technology waveguide ensures even, consistent high-frequency reproduction across a wide listening window.

Rigid, Inert Cabinet

The 18mm high-density MDF cabinet features proprietary bracing derived from the award-winning AE Reference series, minimising cabinet resonance and keeping the focus firmly on the music. A slot-shaped rear duct port reduces bass turbulence for cleaner low-frequency output, while inert mass loading at the cabinet base and 8mm floor spikes provide a stable, isolated platform.
