At the heart of the Ortofon MC X30 is a newly developed magnet system engineered for maximum magnetic efficiency. Combined with coils wound from high-purity silver wire, the cartridge produces a clean and highly accurate signal path with exceptional low-level detail and improved channel separation. The result is a spacious, stable soundstage with precise imaging and impressive transparency.

The Nude Fine-Line stylus profile allows the MC X30 to trace groove information with far greater precision than conventional elliptical designs. This improves transient response, reduces distortion, and reveals subtle textures and micro-details within recordings.
