The Pro-Ject Debut Reference 10 distils everything Pro-Ject has learned about analogue playback into a belt-drive turntable that marries contemporary European craftsmanship with precision engineering. From its 300mm acrylic platter to its 10" carbon-aluminium tonearm and true balanced output capability, every element is chosen to extract maximum detail and musicality from your vinyl collection.

Precision Drive System

An electronic DC/AC power generator creates a stable sine wave to control the motor, eliminating the speed instability caused by mains power fluctuations. The result is impressively low wow and flutter (±0.16% at 33 RPM), with 33/45 RPM switching at the touch of a button. A 78 RPM belt is included for shellac enthusiasts.

Advanced Tonearm and Cartridge

The 10" (254mm effective length) carbon-aluminium tonearm offers adjustable VTA and azimuth via grub screws for precise cartridge alignment. The included Pick it PRO B cartridge has been revised to enable true balanced signal transmission — a rarity at this level — with outputs via both balanced mini XLR and conventional RCA phono connections.

Built to Isolate

Height-adjustable damped aluminium feet decouple the platter from floor-borne vibrations, keeping the music clean at all volume levels. The stainless steel axle bearing in a bronze bushing spins the aluminium sub-platter with diamond-cut precision tolerances.
