1 x SONOS PLAY:1 WIRELESS NETWORK MUSIC PLAYER
Designed to operate as either a stand alone, wireless speaker or even as part of a wider Sonos network, the Play:1 delivers big sound but with a small footprint.
Featuring a pair of class-D digital amplifiers, one to power the tweeter and one to power the 3.5" woofer, the Play:1 delivers a highly accurate audio reproduction. Rich with deep bass and crystal clear highs, the stylish Play:1 may be diminutive but don't let its compact size fool you, it delivers a surprisingly full, detailed and hugely enjoyable sound wherever you choose to locate it.
Wherever you do put it, the Play:1 will stream your music collection over your home network and also give you access to over 100,000 Internet radio stations from all around the world, so you'll never be short of something to listen to. The Spotify service is also now available on Sonos, putting over 8 million tracks at your finger tips. All you need to do is create a Spotify Premium account, and you'll be able to access Spotify's huge on-line library. And it's all controllable from your smartphone or computer via a freely available app.
The Play:1 is great as a stand alone player but can also be added to an existing Sonos system. Either plug your Play:1 into your Internet router, or plug a Sonos ZoneBridge into your router to enable easy, wireless hookup of one or more Sonos players. Two Play:1s can be configured as a stereo pair, separating the left and right channels to create true stereo sound, while a completely wireless 5.1 surround sound system can be achieved by using two Play:1s along with a Sonos Playbar and Sonos Sub.
Delivering crystal clear, hifi sound from a small but perfectly formed unit, the Play:1 is a versatile speaker delivering a truly outstanding performance.
